Plan daily and weekly routes to optimize delivery efficiency and OTIF performance.
Coordinate outsourced haulage when required and manage delivery dates with realistic commitments.
Keep customers informed on delivery schedules and proactively update milestones.
Oversee paperwork and PODs, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability.
Adapt plans in real time, with rerouting and last-minute changes handled calmly.
