The role
Lead the design and development of sophisticated AI agents that reason, learn, and operate across complex business processes to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Own end-to-end AI projects—from problem framing and data preparation to model training, deployment, evaluation, and ongoing improvement.
Integrate secure, scalable AI capabilities into core enterprise planning features to automate and augment FP&A workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to translate ideas into measurable customer impact.
Leverage large planning datasets to fine-tune models and drive high-value outcomes, while providing technical mentorship to peers.
Balance speed with high-quality, practical solutions, and communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
