The role
The role acts as the systems expert for supply chain solutions, including ERP and related platforms, focusing on optimization and ongoing support.
Leads requirement gathering and translates business needs into functional designs for new features and modules.
Coordinates with vendors and IT for development, maintenance, and system integrations, and manages rollout of new functionality.
Develops analytics capabilities, data integration, KPI reporting, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Produces training materials, supports user education, and maintains SOPs and documentation for processes.
Delivers autonomous recommendations to supply chain leadership and drives ongoing strategic direction of systems.
