The role
Lead and scale a high-impact data science team focused on crypto product analytics and ML initiatives.
Partner with product, engineering, finance, and research to drive initiatives such as international expansion, trader growth, and Wallet adoption.
Deliver data-driven recommendations and predictive models to shape product direction, with a focus on stock tokens, perpetuals, and blockchain opportunities.
Foster a culture of analytics excellence, experimentation, and measurable impact within the team.
Represent data science in cross-functional leadership forums and contribute to the Crypto strategy and roadmap.
Own end-to-end work from problem framing and data collection to modeling, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.
