The role
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable ML training and inference infrastructure for 1P coding agents and AgentCore primitives.
Build and operate end-to-end training pipelines and compute infrastructures to accelerate experimentation while optimizing compute usage.
Develop and maintain evaluation and benchmarking frameworks to rigorously compare agent primitives and model iterations.
Transform experimental generative AI artifacts into robust, production-grade systems with solid architectural components.
Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams to balance rapid prototyping with reliability and reproducibility.
Mentor teammates, participate in thorough code reviews, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and inclusivity.
