The role
We seek a part-time Human Resources Director to lead HR initiatives, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience in talent management, succession planning, and organizational design. They will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration, while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
