The role
Lead the Generative AI program with a clear technical vision, setting best practices and driving high-impact innovation.
Build and deploy large language and multimodal models for document understanding and structured data extraction.
Architect scalable data pipelines and training workflows to handle massive, complex datasets.
Deploy models in production on AWS and other cloud platforms using microservice architecture and IaC.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product, and business teams, mentoring teammates and elevating the team.
Stay at the frontier of research, translating advances in generative AI into real-world customer solutions.
