The role
Lead and manage a comprehensive derivatives compliance program, ensuring regulatory adherence and strong internal controls.
Monitor policies and regulatory changes, implement effective controls, and drive ongoing risk mitigation.
Bring 7+ years of derivatives compliance experience and a solid background in regulatory reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; translate complex requirements into actionable guidance.
Prepare and review regulatory filings, lead monitoring and auditing initiatives, and present findings to senior management.
Train staff on derivatives regulations, identify potential non-compliance, and stay current with industry developments.
