The role
Lead the technical strategy and implementation of scalable ML infrastructure for Ads, covering model training, data pipelines, feature engineering, and inference.
Define the team's architectural roadmap, establish foundational systems, and drive key milestones.
Mentor engineers, set strong technical standards, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, platform teams, and product stakeholders to design, implement, and operate robust ML platforms.
Own the architecture, scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of ML infrastructure—including training, serving, and feature stores.
Ensure operational excellence with monitoring, alerting, incident response, and ongoing performance optimization in line with industry trends.
