The role
Provide comprehensive legal advice on all IP matters, including infringement risk and enforcement strategies.
Advise business stakeholders on IP rights, risks, and best practices across patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Develop and refine patent and IP strategies to support evolving products and markets.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex license and technology transfer agreements while managing risk.
Support product teams, governance frameworks, due diligence for IP transactions, and data use rights governance.
Lead IP-related training and collaborate with global GCO colleagues to drive best practices.
