The role
Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled internal applications on a modern platform, leveraging GenAI and RAG to automate workflows.
Build production-grade full-stack solutions using Python and/or Node.js with TypeScript, delivering APIs, backend services, and UI components.
Collaborate with engineering, data, operations, and product teams to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and shape how AI capabilities are adopted across the organization.
Migrate a key legacy application to a new AI-enabled platform on multi-month projects (typically 6–8 months).
Enjoy a hybrid work environment with opportunities to own end-to-end delivery and drive meaningful operational impact.
