The role
Develops, specifies, analyzes, and monitors maintenance, procedures, services, and performance requirements for mechanical building systems in healthcare facilities.
Ensures designs are installed, operated, and maintained to meet safety and efficiency standards.
Leads large, complex infrastructure repair and modernization projects, including PWS development, cost estimates, and technical advisory participation.
Performs functional testing, commissioning, and inspection for government acceptance of mechanical systems.
Provides high-level technical guidance on compliance, quality management, and the maintenance of HVAC, water distribution, medical gas and vacuum, building automation, and fire suppression systems.
Requires a PE license, 10+ years of healthcare facilities experience, and domestic travel up to 30-40% (potential international travel).
