The role

Lead and manage all aspects of mortgage foreclosure cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and complex court documents.
Oversee a robust foreclosure litigation caseload, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions, with strategic guidance.
Maintain proactive client communication and collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school, active Indiana Bar admission (Illinois or Michigan bar a plus), a minimum of 6 years' experience, a portable book of business, and proficiency with foreclosure platforms as applicable.
