The role
The role involves leading business intelligence teams in designing dashboards, reports, and analytics to support clinical decision-making, maintaining BI infrastructure including data models and SQL queries, and analysing healthcare data to identify trends and support leadership decisions. The candidate must translate complex health datasets into clear insights and improve data quality for AI training. Strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics and managing BI systems is essential, along with proficient SQL skills and knowledge of BI tools. The position requires a self-directed leader capable of guiding technical teams and communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Previous experience with data annotation, EHR systems, or health informatics is advantageous in this fully remote, flexible contract role.
