The role
The role involves assisting a Senior Solicitor with high-value clinical negligence and catastrophic injury cases, including claim management from initial contact through to settlement or trial. Responsibilities include analysing medical records, drafting legal documents, liaising with clients and experts, and supporting litigation processes. The ideal candidate will possess experience in clinical negligence or serious injury law, strong communication and organisational skills, and a relevant legal qualification. Proficiency in case management software and legal research is advantageous in this demanding, team-oriented environment.
