The role
Temporary, full-time role focusing on executive compensation matters for a financial services client.
Provide guidance on equity plan administration, including grant materials and compliance with securities, tax, and stock exchange requirements.
Advise on tax and payroll issues related to executive compensation programs.
Review disclosures for the annual proxy statement and periodic SEC filings.
Assist with additional executive compensation tasks as needed.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and current licensure to practice law; on-site work in DC or PA.
