The role
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reliable data pipelines and processing frameworks across diverse business use cases.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness through standards, validation, and monitoring.
Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, promoting technical craftsmanship and continuous learning.
Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Analytics, Infrastructure, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
Drive the technical roadmap and architectural decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
Oversee complex data projects with timely delivery, balancing multiple priorities and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
