The role
Lead development of cutting-edge deep learning and ML models to automate high-volume triage and streamline evaluation workflows.
Design and deploy Gen AI LLM/VLM solutions for autonomous driving behavior analysis and anomaly detection.
Implement reinforcement learning from human feedback data collection and evaluation pipelines, adopting best practices from the wider ML community.
Enhance User Feedback Analysis with multi-label classification, sentiment analysis, comment summarization, root cause analysis and trend analysis for rider feedback.
Oversee production-grade ML models across a growing fleet, optimizing deployment and monitoring model health at scale.
Collaborate with PMs, TPMs, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and align the technical agenda with business objectives.
