The role
Provides administrative and operational support to the marketing team by organizing materials, calendars, and assets.
Manages marketing order requests, inventory levels, and coordination with the onsite print shop for production timelines and quality.
Supports campaign execution and basic content creation, including social media, templates, and visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
Updates website content and maintains online profiles, ratings, and reviews to enhance visibility and consistency.
Maintains shared marketing files, templates, and asset libraries, ensuring accuracy and currency.
Helps keep projects on schedule by tracking updates, approvals, and deadlines.
