The role
Lead the legal function with direct responsibility for complex transactional matters, focusing on vendor and IT contracts.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of in-house lawyers, driving performance, collaboration, and professional development.
Provide strategic legal counsel to senior business leaders on innovative collaborations and strategic partnerships.
Drive the adoption and optimization of legal technologies, including AI-powered contracting platforms, to enhance efficiency.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate legal and regulatory risk within healthcare, payer, and provider contexts to enable business objectives.
Champion inclusion, build a strong talent pipeline for future leadership, and negotiate with external partners.
