The role
Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, focusing on site development, grading, stormwater management, roadways, and utility systems.
Manage project teams, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulators to meet client goals.
Perform site evaluations, design calculations, feasibility analyses, and prepare technical reports.
Review plans, specifications, and documentation for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Act as a client liaison, communicating progress and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction and project success.
Oversee multiple projects with strong time and budget management, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
