The role
Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of risk analytics solutions across credit, fraud, and operational risk, including scoring and non-scoring models.
Create context-rich prototypes and dashboards that translate data into actionable insights and drive decision making.
Collaborate with Business Managers, Consultants, and Data Scientists from client and internal teams to co-create scalable, data-driven solutions.
Partner with regional and global Data Science teams to deliver high-quality analytic products and accelerate regional growth.
Champion Model Risk Management, data privacy, and governance while mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Manage workloads and priorities, socialize best practices, and travel across the CEMEA region as needed (approx. 40-60%).
