The role
Design and lead the development of enduring backend systems that reduce complexity and accelerate developer velocity.
Build and maintain real-time, petabyte-scale data processing pipelines for telematics and sensor data.
Address technical debt while making strategic bets on innovations, including GenAI integration.
Anticipate architectural gaps 1–2 years out and partner with leadership to prevent blockers.
Set standards for code health, testing, and observability, especially under tight timelines.
Lead multi-team delivery through hands-on coding, rigorous reviews, and mentorship, aligning product, design, and data science goals.
