The role
Human Resources Manager
Lead human resources functions, policies, and employee initiatives across multiple locations. Collaborate with executive management and internal teams to strengthen HR compliance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Supervise a team, oversee payroll processing, and manage benefits, recruiting, and performance review processes. Develop and implement HR policies, job descriptions, and compensation structures. Partner with leadership to drive process improvements and long-term HR strategy.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- SHRM/PHR certification preferred
- 7+ years HR experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong knowledge of multistate HR compliance and payroll processing
- Experience with Paylocity a plus
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to travel along the east coast once per month.
Location: Jessup, MD. Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000.
