The role
Lead end-to-end business audits within a high-impact internal audit function, driving risk assessments, engagement planning, and audit execution.
Collaborate with Technology, Data Analytics, and business units to develop an up-to-date audit universe and annual plan.
Manage and coach the audit team, ensuring quality through manager reviews and adherence to internal audit methodology.
Execute continuous auditing initiatives and leverage synergies with SOX 404, SOC, and regulatory reviews.
Build management dashboards and present findings to senior stakeholders to inform risk decisions.
Maintain thorough documentation and track open issues to drive timely remediation in a hybrid, global setting.
