The role
A Mental Health Nurse is expected to provide high-quality mental health care and medicine management support for diverse communities in Manchester and Trafford. The role involves leading and managing centralised hub operations, conducting outreach, and ensuring accessible services. They will manage clinical incidents and safeguarding concerns, deliver training, and mentor healthcare staff in mental health practice. The candidate must hold NMC registration, demonstrate expertise in medicine management, and be passionate about culturally sensitive care. An enhanced DBS within the last 12 months is preferred, with the ability to undertake one if not available. This position contributes to improving mental health outcomes for underrepresented communities in accordance with clinical standards.
