The role
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver end-to-end ML products.
Drive data-driven insights across retail domains by developing advanced models and AI algorithms, from data gathering to deployment.
Build, train, and productionize AI/ML models (including NLP, CV, and multi-modal) and scale analytics pipelines on big data.
Shape data strategy by validating data quality, identifying gaps, and synthesizing large analytics datasets to support initiatives.
Communicate findings to partners, influence strategic plans, and define metrics to quantify impact and success.
Collaborate across regions with a customer-centric mindset, drive innovation, and ensure governance and robust testing.
