The role
Data Scientist Graduate focused on LIVE-related analytics, including viewing experience, creator ecosystem, and algorithm improvement.
Design and monitor metrics frameworks to assess product health, track core metrics, and uncover root causes of changes.
Conduct rigorous evaluations using statistical methods, including A/B testing and causal inference, to inform product decisions.
Identify growth opportunities through data analytics and collaborate with PMs, ML Engineers, and Researchers to implement improvements.
Advance data science practice by researching methodologies and enhancing analysis tools and data products.
Ideal candidates are final-year or recent graduates with strong SQL and Python/R skills, rigorous statistical thinking, and a passion for product challenges.
