The role
Lead Software Engineer (C#/.NET & Angular) responsible for guiding a development team while remaining hands-on.
Own sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with product, architecture, and senior stakeholders to shape technical direction.
Deliver complex, scalable production systems in an on-site Solihull environment.
Requires strong communication and leadership, with hands-on coding as part of daily duties.
