The role
A support musician role in Aberdeen involves working up to 8.75 hours per week during term time, supporting the delivery of a community music programme. Candidates will observe teaching sessions, assist in programme activities, and receive training on behaviour management and curriculum methodologies. The role provides a practical introduction to community music work and involves close collaboration with senior musicians. Applicants should be residing within a commutable distance of Aberdeen and have a keen interest in music education and community engagement. This temporary position is available until July 2025, and the role requires eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
