The role
Develop and ship high-quality retirement planning software used by financial advisors and clients.
Own meaningful components within a Ruby on Rails monolith, employing domain-driven design, CQRS, and event sourcing.
Collaborate with the Investment Committee to test portfolio rebalancing and rollout improvements.
Incrementally deliver banking features in the client dashboard across web, iOS, and Android apps.
Improve architecture and developer tooling during sprint cooldowns, and align with the CTO on strategic initiatives.
Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and feedback-driven engineering culture with strong communication.
