The role
The Industrial Engineer will improve efficiency, productivity, and safety across production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operations and implement process improvements.
Conduct time and motion studies, optimize labor, and enhance capacity planning.
Design and optimize plant layouts to improve workflow and reduce material handling costs.
Lead production planning and scheduling, maintain safety compliance, and drive data-driven reporting.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to sustain continuous improvement and support special projects.
