The role
Perform data analysis to identify trends and deliver objective insights for GTM, Accounting, Finance, and Tax stakeholders.
Triage tickets to identify potential misbilling and determine refunds or clawbacks.
Support month-end close with data validation and incident investigation.
Coordinate cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiencies that improve throughput and accuracy.
Analyze data to support financial audits and work with engineering teams to define product solutions.
Share knowledge and collaborate with teams across time zones to reinforce best practices.
