The role
On-site, lead a full-cycle human resources function in Garden Grove, bilingual in English and Spanish.
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, development, compensation, and compliance.
Partner with leadership to drive talent strategy, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with EEO, ACA, FMLA, workers’ compensation, 401(k), and OSHA.
Analyze HR metrics to support workforce planning, salary benchmarking, and performance evaluations.
Provide confidential coaching to employees and managers, and implement scalable HR policies.
