The role

Serve as the process engineer on industrial water and wastewater projects, applying a range of treatment technologies.
Lead design activities for physical/chemical primary treatment, biological processes, membrane systems, adsorption, filtration, disinfection, and advanced options like evaporation and crystallization.
Prepare process design drawings, P&IDs, specifications, control narratives, and O&M manuals while contributing to project deliverables.
Conduct field work including data collection, QA/QC inspections, and bench- or pilot-scale testing; support system commissioning and start-up, and train plant staff.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams from study through construction, startup, operation, and maintenance; participate in client presentations and business development.
Travel up to 25% for site visits and project support; mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership.
