The role
Develop and deliver high-impact training for Financial Services Operations, transforming complex processes into engaging learning materials. Map workflows and document procedures, translating technical content into clear presentations, job aids, and standardized templates. Create digital and AI-enabled training assets, including e-learning modules, visuals, and interactive resources to support onboarding and system adoption. Lead training sessions, workshops, and live demonstrations, gathering feedback to refine materials and maximize learning outcomes. Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to keep content current with system enhancements and process changes. Monitor training effectiveness, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and innovative engagement strategies.
