The role
A legal professional is sought to provide advice on commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters within a UK-based organisation. The role involves identifying and escalating regulatory risks, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and supporting governance activities alongside the Company Secretariat team. The candidate will ensure regulatory compliance and assist with related initiatives. They will handle contractual disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel on significant projects. Strong legal skills, familiarity with regulatory frameworks, and excellent negotiation abilities are essential, along with experience in compliance and corporate governance.
