The role
Coordinate and sell tailored birthday and corporate events by translating client needs into a memorable experience.
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards while welcoming guests with a positive, ambassador-of-FUN demeanor.
Understand event packages and add-ons; schedule and coordinate events across birthday, group, and corporate segments.
Input sales and guest information using CRM and Microsoft Office tools; manage follow-up tasks and revenue data.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to exceed event sales targets, while prospecting new business and supporting local marketing.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
