The role
Design and implement production-grade algorithm components within a production dispatching system to meet evolving requirements.
Integrate state-of-the-art optimization and machine learning techniques to improve dispatch efficiency and decision quality.
Analyze logistics data and modeling outputs to extract insights and translate them into scalable production algorithms.
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business operators to deliver cross-cutting, scalable solutions.
Requires PhD or master's in OR, IE, CS or related field and 3+ years of experience in complex optimization (mathematical programming or metaheuristics).
Demonstrate discretion and independent judgment to evaluate options and determine appropriate courses of action within responsibilities.
