The role
Lead research and prototyping of human-AI interaction experiences to enable relational and emotional AI agents.
Advance multimodal affective capabilities in large models through data, pre-training, and post-training for social agents.
Improve model understanding and generation, including tokenizers, implicit rewards, and fine-tuning for safer and more capable behavior.
Develop robust evaluation pipelines combining human judgments, automated metrics, and auto raters for open-ended tasks.
Collaborate across disciplines to push forward agentic experiences while upholding safety and ethical standards.
Ideal candidates hold a PhD in AI/ML or related computational field with demonstrated work on LLMs and multimodal research.
