The role
Lead ML Engineer focused on User Growth and personalized recommendations with end-to-end ownership of scalable ML systems.
Develop large-scale ML algorithms and industry-leading recommendation solutions to optimize user retention across diverse scenarios.
Sharpen data-driven decision making by translating data into real-world user experiences with strong analytics and data sensitivity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to frame problems, design algorithms, and test strategies.
Qualifications include a Master's or higher, 4+ years in ML-related roles (e.g., recommendation systems, DL, LLMs, NLP, CV, causal inference, or multimodal ML), and strong Python and/or C/C++ skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and a passion for learning new techniques to tackle challenging problems.
