The role
Lead and shape customer engagements to drive adoption of data, analytics, and AI solutions built on modern Lakehouse architectures.
Architect end-to-end Data & AI solutions focusing on Generative AI, including fine-tuning, RAG, and MLOps for LLMs, using open-source and ISV tools.
Drive use-case discovery, scoping, and PoC delivery, translating technical value into measurable business outcomes for diverse audiences.
Coach and mentor junior Solutions Architects, developing technical champions and strengthening cross-functional partnerships with account teams.
Create customer-facing collateral, run workshops and meet-ups, and contribute to a growing technical community.
Maintain hands-on skills in Python, SQL, Spark; work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data analytics, with travel up to 20-30% as needed.
