The role
Identify, investigate, and prosecute federal crimes as a Criminal Assistant United States Attorney.
Lead plea negotiations, file and argue motions, and present evidence in federal court.
Develop case strategy, manage complex dockets, and draft precise legal filings.
Collaborate with law enforcement, investigators, and federal agencies to advance investigations.
Uphold ethical standards and compliance with federal rules of criminal procedure.
