The role
Develop and manage comprehensive research project timelines, ensuring timely completion and milestone tracking.
Oversee day-to-day study activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress across cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to ethical standards, institutional guidelines, and regulatory requirements throughout all projects.
Collaborate on protocol development, study design, data collection methods, and statistical analysis plans.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and resource optimization.
Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and mentor junior staff to foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
