The role
Lead innovation in designing, prototyping, and validating advanced building envelope attachment systems using plastics, polymers, FRP, and composites.
Drive product development from concept to production, delivering high-performance, sustainable cladding solutions.
Plan and execute thermal, structural, and other tests to meet regulatory and customer specifications.
Interpret architectural plans and building codes to ensure feasible, code-compliant designs.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate requirements into scalable processes.
Apply building science fundamentals, verify designs, and maintain proficiency with blueprints, Excel, and relevant standards.
