The role
Own the end-to-end design, development, and evaluation of music recommendation systems for a global audience.
Prototype and iterate on algorithms using user behavior data and content characteristics to improve relevance, diversity, and novelty.
Define content strategy and success metrics in partnership with product and growth teams.
Design rigorous experiments and measurement frameworks to quantify impact on engagement, retention, and creation.
