The role
The Construction Laborer performs a variety of tasks to support construction projects, including site preparation and assisting skilled tradespeople.
Key duties include clearing debris, loading materials, setting up barricades and signage, and keeping the worksite clean and organized.
Support for carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades involves handing tools, mixing materials, and holding materials in place.
Duties may include digging trenches or holes and operating basic machinery as trained.
A strong emphasis on safety, proper material handling, and efficient workflow to meet project timelines.
This role applies across residential, commercial, and industrial settings and requires physical stamina and reliability.
