The role
Oversee daily operation of water and sewer systems across the site to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems of varying age and complexity.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair all aspects of facility plumbing, including testing and certification tasks.
Plan, layout, install, test, and repair plumbing systems and equipment.
Conduct backflow testing and certifications (training reimbursement available) and uphold OSHA standards and local codes.
Document work clearly and collaborate with the facilities team; support general maintenance and asset protection.
