The role
Design, build, and maintain foundational ML infrastructure to compute, store, and retrieve features powering feeds ranking, content understanding, and recommendations.
Operate at scale with a focus on reliability, performance, and observability in distributed data systems.
Contribute to the open-source data stack using technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Cassandra, Redis, and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with ML teams across Feeds, Growth, and Ads to deliver a cohesive ML Feature Platform.
Code production-quality software, implement tests, evaluate impact, and build monitoring and instrumentation around feature pipelines.
Work with petabyte-scale data and systems serving hundreds of millions of users.
