The role
Conduct release and stability testing for solid dosage pharmaceutical products, with emphasis on LC and GC chromatographic analyses, dissolution testing, and KF water content measurements.
Prepare solid dosage samples by accurate weighing, blending, and homogenization to ensure representative test materials.
Perform HPLC assays for quantitative analysis of potency and purity, including samples from dissolution testing.
Maintain analytical instrumentation and ensure compliance with GLP and GMP through adherence to SOPs.
Record experiments and results with high data integrity in notebooks and electronic systems.
Follow safety protocols to sustain a safe, compliant laboratory environment.
